138. Election of New Chairman
Cllr Zoe Townsend was voted in as the new Chairman.
Proposed by Cllr Tony Allan and seconded by Cllr Hilary Moore
139. Co-option of Councillors.
Mr Andrew Carpenter and Mr Sam Peet agreed to stand as Co-opted Councillors.
140. Bank Mandate
To update signatories of the Bank Mandate – to add Hilary Moore. To add
Gillian Hill (Clerk and Proper Officer) as a signatory for online banking purposes.
